Downloadable Forms
Release Form
Required for all Work Day participants. Because our projects take place outdoors in active public spaces and involve hands-on restoration work, each volunteer is asked to review and sign a release form prior to participating. This helps ensure a safe, organized, and respectful environment for everyone involved.
Consent To Repair
Headstones and monuments are owned by the Families of those interred. We must receive consent from that family before we can repair a stone.
Highland Tour Brochure
When we give tours of the cemetery, visitors receive a tour guide pamphlet with some topical information and answers to common questions.

Plats
Sedgwick County Plats
"A plat is a parcel of land that has been divided into lots, blocks, streets, etc. Most of the developed areas and cemeteries in Sedgwick County are platted, however not all land in Sedgwick County is platted." Historically, Wichita is the platted township which contains the original area of the modern City of Wichita. Highland Cemetery lies in Wichita Township, Quarter Section 57, which is the NorthEast Quarter of Section 15. The cemetery is in the south east corner of that quarter section. Original Maps can be downloaded on the County Website , and we have provided copies downloadable below.
